Our Mission
Unique Options+ is built on sound Christian values

Unique Options+ is a nurse-led specialised homecare/ supported living service. We always aim to provide person-centred high-quality care.
We strive to make a difference to people aged 16 and above who have a learning disability, physical disability, dual diagnosis, autism, acquired brain injury, and complex care. We ensure everybody is treated equally and is supported to live an independent life.
We provide care in the Sheffield/ Rotherham area with a vision of expanding to other regions in the future.
Our carers receive regular training to provide the best quality of care and will demonstrate and deliver care with compassion, consideration and understanding. We will ensure that each member of staff is DBS checked and approved.
Unique Options+ also supplies nurses, support workers and carers to care homes and the NHS hospitals.
Our Vision
Unique Options+ Vision is to be a nurse-led specialist company that delivers the very best standard of care to people with a learning disability, physical disability, dual diagnosis, autism and acquired brain injury.
To support a wide range of people within our supported living, residential and outreach settings.
Our outreach packages will range from 5- 24 hours per day.
We support individuals to have access to services in the community when needed. Our aim is for them to feel happy, equal, valued, and safe so they can live as close to an independent life as possible.
We aim to offer regular day trips to people who use our services. These day trips will range from meals out, activities and to the local seaside.
Unique Options+ will have a separate department where we supply high-quality staff to care homes and NHS hospitals to help maintain staffing levels to ensure everyone receives the level of service that we all deserve.
We aspire to have a strong team of staff members who are fully trained in all areas, and who can have the opportunity to grow and progress. Our team will be naturally caring, considerate, passionate, hardworking, committed, and reliable.
